From there, we move into precise cutting, folding, and any necessary adjustments to create a perfectly fitted pattern. If you’ve already begun your patterns, we can refine them and catch any small details that need improvement. Samples

Once the pattern is finalized and approved, we begin cutting the materials and leather. This is where your vision truly starts to come to life. After everything is cut, skived, glued, and stitched together, we carefully inspect each piece for any adjustments or minor imperfections. Our goal is to refine every detail and ensure the final product not only meets but exceeds customer expectations.

Production

Once the sample is approved and you’re ready to move into production, the focus shifts to quantities and order planning. We’ll work with you to determine the right production volume and can also connect you with trusted material suppliers to ensure top-quality inputs that support the success of your brand.
